Maybe a points deduction system against teams should be introduced in addition to individual player bans/punishment?
Im not saying it would solve the problem but maybe it would make players think twice about their actions knowing that they would be letting down their fellow team mates who do abide by the rules?
I dont know if its a viable option but maybe its possible.
Thoughts?
FWIW i dont think i have ever felt so down about Wigan RL as i do today.
The club seems to have lost its soul for me.

'" If the risk of ruining their career isn't enough of a deterrent I doubt letting the team would be.
And even without a point deduction him getting caught is going to effect the team as they lose one of their better players. |

IMO we should stand by hock ,yes he made a mistake , but after all hes a wigan lad and a great player , he will learn his lession and im sure he aint the only player to take drugs.

Thoughts? Rubbish idea.
These are grown men we're talking about. The club can't watch over players like baby sitters.
How a player chooses to act in his leisure time cannot be controlled by the club. |
