To Huddersfield? Strange one. I’d choose Hull over Huddersfield but perhaps he sees the latter as a more challenging and rewarding prospect. Woolford had laid some good foundations to build on

He mentioned not wanting to disrupt his daughters schooling as a reason for not going to Hull, so I guess this works in that regard with it being just over the Pennines. Funny that some doubted if he’d accept a job at Wigan and he’s gone to Huddersfield! Safe to say we wouldn’t have had to worry on the answer if he was asked the question.
