Assuming it’s the same as the champ if you came 2nd your play off game would be against the team in 3rd - the winner of that then play saints for a place in GF

No worries, it's more complicated than it needs to be to be honest but does produce good games. Same system as 2001 if you remember then

| You’ll do well to come across a saltier set of fans than the wakey lot today...totally embarrassing how they were going at the ref!

A lovely lady in the Wakey end on the way off was going wild at a steward, who was telling her to calm down, saying it wasn’t her fault she was going mad and that it was Wigan’s fault as we’re ‘the fu*king biggest bunch of cheating ba*tards she’s come across’.
And there was me thinking we’d had a pretty rough ride with the officials, especially second half when I counted 6 high tackles we didn’t get (got a 7th for one on Leuluai), twice the tackle count should’ve gone back to one but didn’t and on one occasion right in front of us a pass outside for Joe Burgess was flicked by a Wakefield hand and missed by the touch judge. Even taking those decisions in to account, I didn’t feel the need to go in to meltdown.

| We didn’t seem to fire today and Wakey dragged us into a niggly match.
One thing to say is French needs lots of work if we are expecting him to be a starting half next year.
I can sympathise with some of the complaints from Wakefield. Marshall was around 7m right of the centre when he took the quick tap and I think we did get the better side of the calls today, but sometimes that happens.

With tries coming from tap restarts like this, who could blame us?

Funny thing was though, did your fans even know that was the case until after the game when Chester pointed out?
Good eyes if the ones kicking off on the end terrace could see that. It clearly looks like an error on that picture but I’d probably question the horrible defence if I were Chester rather than doing the current go to trend of ‘it’s all the refs fault’. I sensed a few try’s may have been chalked off with a video ref today.
