Got mine from Wigan today only had the £35 tickets for the Saturday, but got 50% off with my season ticket
Not sure what they had left for the full weekend

| As I said on the VT, the sad thing about all the MM negativity is that if those fans who whinge about this event just went once - we'd pack out the Millennium Stadium and it would be a huge statement of intent by our sport.
People whinge about us not appearing big time, and union often pulling off these big events, but too many people aren't prepared to "be" that person in the crowd, to "be" the reason an event is successful, like union fans are only to happy to be. It's easier to sit back, watch something fail, then say "I told you so".
Opening day of the season, some of the biggest games in club RL, ridiculously bargainous prices, world class stadium, great access to city centre - but it's still not enough.
It begs the question - is there anything the RFL can possibly offer that would ever be enough for these people?

I have to agree.
The only things are
Weather
and
Distance
Both of which seem like a cop out to me. Especially considering
The weather will be glorious and the roof will be on this wekeend.
and
The clubs are offering excellent value on travel down there.
I am glad i am going cause it is a deal and half.

Spot on!
The only downside to the MM weekend is that fans will be coming and going, so even if the RFL sells every ticket in the house for both days, the stadium could look half empty at certain times of the day, depending on the match. The RFL are going to have to state the actual number of tickets sold on each day against the capacity plus the figures for the match which attracts the highest number of fans at one time in order for those unable or unwilling to go to get an idea of what they missed.
I am [iso[/i looking forward to my first Magic event!

Easy to answer: no!
But there is another question. Does the word 'bargainous' really exist?

| Midlands Warrior - not sure which section we've been allocated now as the Wigan area had to be switched a couple of weeks back on account of the Sky 3D cameras. Someone else may know. How many unallocated tickets were you after originally?

| I got mine at 3.15 and they only had 30 left (including the 5 we bought). She said they were either L29 or L49

6 of us going and none of us went last year. Cardiff is a great place to go and watch a sporting event, I cant wait.

Probably not much help to you then, but I've got one Saturday only unreserved ticket going spare as of today. Got it with a season ticket so only paid £12.50 for it. If you or anyone else wants it, pretty sure we could sort something out in Cardiff on the day.
