Lost for words.

So much wrong at the club at the minute; the stuff on the pitch just compounds it.

I’ve backed against us on the handicap virtually every game this season and I’ve hardly lost.
Saints tonight with just giving 6 was like printing money.

We are total shoite but KR and IL are so wound up with pish poor finances and a new landlord basically taking the pish that they are seemingly oblivious that our on field issues are even worse.

IL should go before his successes are obliterated by a coach who prefers the bar to the paddock.

I’m confused as to why Rads should not be held accountable.

He’s out of his depth.

His first job as a sports administrator is at one of the biggest brands in rugby league.

Can you imagine anyone with his CV who hadn’t played for Wigan walking into that job?

I’ve supported Rads on many occasions but it’s tough to defend him anymore. In a position of responsibility like that, I should be able to point to some real successes for him in the last few seasons but what has there been?

It’s little surprise he’s a Shaun Wane fan, looking at how things have gone since 2018.

Every single person at the club from IL to the guy who washes the kit should always be accountable.

I can't remember which podcast it was, but the topic was about developing a winning culture and how the Storm do it so well. Basically it's because every hire and every decision that is made is geared towards being the absolute best RL team out there. The culture of the place is driven from route to branch. IL used to talk about the 'wigan way' and I honestly believed it. Him, Madge, Wane, Bitcon + great players - you could see it wasn't just a marketing slogan, it was real. Tangible standards from the top down and ground up.

Just give him a bottle of Loch Lomands and send him on his way ffs.

If Lam is still there against Leeds we need to stay away.

I hate saying it but I completely agree. Alongside Lam, Radlinski must go. The whole coaching team (I’d keep Peet and Goulding) should also go. I’m not sure what Tom Fitzpatrick is doing as S&C coach but we don’t look fitter or stronger than any side in the comp. I’d even argue we didn’t look as fit or strong as York in the Cup.

The points NK and jonh make are spot on. We’ve lost that ruthless culture to succeed. You hear it on podcasts from SW all the time that if he felt a player (or staff member) wasn’t up to it, they were gone. No hesitations or sentimentality which is ironically exactly what we’re showing Lam. There’s a long list of players and coaching staff and general staff that need to go. I just don’t believe in anyway IFL will pull all those plugs, I barely believe he’ll pull Lams plug.

The drop in standards from where we were a mere 3seasons ago is astounding as it is depressing. It’s not on, it’s not acceptable and it cannot continue. We’re f*****g Wigan. We demand better from everyone.

If the boss cannot provide the correct staff for the Foreman to work with, what chance has the Foreman got in producing better made products.

Or is it a case that the Boss cannot afford to get a better Foreman?

Ask everyone at the start of the last 3 season were wigan would finish and they said Top 3

I know you want rads and IL booted out, but to try and defelct every little thing onto them his laughable.

There have been some issues with recruitment, but please don't tell me Lam is getting the best out of these lot.

10 good (maybe a couple of those were very good) out of say 80 games in charge is pathetic.

I agree with all of that except Paul Johnson left the club at the end of last year.

Plenty of effort but no go forward, no idea in attack, no kick chase, ill-discipline. Other than that all seems well.

I realise that Lam has to try and talk things up but he is in dreamland if he seriously thinks Wigan can still put a decent end of season run-in together.

I was going to make a long post but half-way through I realised it was just depressing me, no more needs to be said. Like a lot of very long term fans I suspect the interest and feeling for the club are fading with every increasingly inept "performance" and lack of direction from the top down.

I really fear what will happen in the next game. Keep playing like this and the team are going to get a real hiding soon - if Saints were half the team they were under Holbrook they would have run up 50+
