Hull had sold Circa 200 tickets pre game
(Not having a dig at them as they had played Saints the previous weekend so can understand those that if they had to choose would have picked that one as easier travel at weekend, [size=50Easier game[/size, etc.).

Big ques at the KC this morning for tickets, 3 hour wait. Recon we will sell our allocation pretty quickly

my mate called your tickets office and wondered why he got straight through, compared to 100 redial attempts in 15 minutes to our ticket office! 1000 tickets sold in first 40 mins and still huge 3 hour queues. They best get that West Stand opened!

Your mate and a few others on a measuring contest would be better trying a different number and seeing if that retailer has a Life for sale?

Not a measuring contest!! It was to see if you had more people manning phones than we do. We choose not to use the Ticket Office at the stadium as we get charged for the pleasure, so all done out of the club shop, which is resulting in the large queues today.

It was more a test to see what Wigan do being in a similar ground share situation as us.

You came on telling us how your mate spent 3 months trying to get through on the phone and there queues larger than the ones at Calais at your club shop whilst he made 1 call to Wigan and got through.

FWIW I suspect Wigan may sell 4/5 thousand and Hull possibly double that if not more.
I would guess if the game had been held "Mid point" (Huddersfield/Leeds for example) then Hull would still probably take more.

Believe it or not I like it when the Hull clubs do well (Apart from some of the "Baggage" that comes with it) as it is proper Rugby League place.

I have now seen why the confusion - i havent quoted the post before mine stating that your tickets dont go on sale until tomorrow - explaining why my mate could get through........

Possibly best 5 weeks I've ever had and spent most of the time with about 20 Hull fans and 10 Sintelliners! In fact still stay in touch with half a dozen or so of them and meet up for a pint regularly at games.
