"Organised swearing" LOL are you a Daily Mail reader by any chance? When I was at school 20+ years ago, most kids swore like dockers - admittedly, not infront of their parents. I don't think any of them were emotionally damaged by hearing swearing at Central Park ![]()
When you use the w-w at Warrington you are not swearing you are just pointing out to the natives something that comes natural to them.

Its a sad reflection of todays ill educated yob culture who would rather insert a swear word than search their brain for an appropriate clean word. Its also highly offensive to a lot of people who take kids..ie families. and families shouldnt be subjected to this filth.

Why are women more offended by swearing than men? Come and join us in the 21st century when you get chance. |

I remember it well, a distant era, not least because back then Wire actually had a world class player in their ranks!
I laughed, but it was a bit embarrassing, wasn't it? He seems a nice bloke and he was such a gifted player. We used to have a lot of stars in the game in those days, Davies was a superb talent, I'd have loved to have seen him play in the Cherry and White.

It was advertised across all forms of social media and the official website, so wannabe hooligans and the frothing-at-the-mouth types could all have an equal say. |

Nobody really "voiced any concerns" it was more of a positive meeting about making an atmosphere occur again in the DW. Swearing in songs didnt get a mention funnily enough. |
