Agreed, Thursday night is a crap time but we know Sky are not interested in the supporters who attend games, the more people they force to watch from the armchair or pub, the happier they are and the people who run our game will not stand up to them. I am going to make it just, hopefully get home from work on time and fortunately I am half way there, just on the right side of the Pennines if it would have been Hull no chance, not sure how many we will bring, nice surprise the £10 effort, a bit of common sense at last.

So basically I expect us to play Huddersfield in week 3 either way. The difference is we get a week off and home advantage if we win, if we lose we're away and have a tricky derby against Saints first. To my knowledge no coach has ever deliberately weakened his team for the play offs and I can't see it starting now.

Can't wait for Thursday night, I have a feeling we will shut up a few of the doubters. Shut down Brough and we should have a great chance of a win.

The closer to the game we get, the more confident I feel. We've done well in the playoffs, even when we were average under Noble, we'd always raise our game. The team know they are capable of performing, I just wonder if they have kept their cards close to their chest for the last few weeks.

Huddersfield - well their fans are full of bravado. Will they be able to tough it out when all the pressure is on them? If Wigan can stick on a couple of early tries, Hudds will start to panic IMO. Totally different game now.
