For what its worth I like Hull KR and have always had a good laugh with them at Magic weekends and at craven park. Your obviously in the minority, your hatred of Wigan blinkers your opinion.

When I watched the recording later last night one thing struck me, the out and out bias comments from the Sky commentators Hemmings being the worst. Why is it that everything that Wigan does is brought under minute scrutiny, while others have their questionable plays seemingly brushed aside as just “read it in tomorrow’s chip paper”? Or a complete blind eye is turned. On the match I would agree that there were some questionable decisions made, but they all weren’t Wigan’s way. It seemed that KR’s intention was to slow Wigan’s play of the ball down as much as possible, and though you can’t blame them for that, they did get away with it a far too much.

Hull KR have consistently been the niggliest and dirtiest team that Wigan have played over the last few years. It is like they know that is the only way they can compete and always try to drag Wigan down to their level, hence the penalties they give away and sin binning. Indeed if the play the ball had been refereed better they would have been penalised far more last night. They played well, probably to the best of their ability, but to try and make out they were completely innocent and were cheated out of a win is taking the Michael.

We didn't get out of jail at all last night. The amount of possession in our half you had in the second half and to only score once in the 78th minute was poor and that's what lost you the game. Instead of looking at our performance why don't you take a look at your own. We weren't on form last night, our leader and our most important player only played half an hour I think it was and obviously we didn't have Tomkins and a few others but we still managed to beat you. If you'd have took your chances you'd have won, but you didn't so stop moaning and get over it.

In other words, those fans who only visit our site once a year, usually the day after we've beaten them, to tell us how robbed they were - and how they aren't bitter or jealous, they're just stating facts.

They'll come in all shapes and colours, but will be indistinguishable from each other by their inability to recognise that they follow crap teams who actually ought to be embarrassed at having lost to a Wigan side off-form and carrying inexperience, and, despite not being bitter or jealous, by their propensity to start hurling childish insults the moment someone disagrees with them.

At the end of the season, we could put out a compare-and-contrast list, and take a vote on which of our rival clubs has produced the least impressive one-day wonder of the season.

On today's evidence, I think that's one competition where Rovers may actually be in with a shout.
