So, your sweeping statement assumes that EVERY "one of us lot" are part of the moderation process?
Then again, when we see that other clubs trot out the line of the "Wigan Walk" when the actual number remaining is still far greater than any others teams average attendance, it doesn't come as a surpise that you come across as acutely uneducated. |

Neither is Fielden, Tuson, Cross, Hughes, Crosby, Mellor etc Its not a full squad photo just a photo of players who are in contention for the final 17. I would expect all 21 of those players will be going down to wembley with the club (4 reserves in case of injury) I wouldnt read too much into it.

The players you list are clearly not in contention for the final because they are either injured or have been out on loan. Roberts has had more starts in the first team than all those players and including Hock who is in the 21. Madge has said that he is now fully fit and back in first team contention. So for me it is odd to leave him out of this photo as there is no significance to the number 21. The squad is 19 and so there are two extras anyway. |
