Its all Sams fault.

Catalans are great this year, massive success story for an RFL expansion team.

It would be great though if there were 4 or 5 french teams of the same standard so they could have their own Super League, would make for a much more competitive French international team.

Leeds on the other hand .... I actually liked them when they were winning SL, they seemed to do it with some dignity (maybe I was just seeing it in a different way because they were beating Saints) but oh how the mighty have fallen.

When things dont go their way they are the biggest set of cheap shot, dirty cheats I have ever seen playing Rugby League. Absolute no respect for the ref (albeit he was having a shocker) but when I grew up playing RL we had it drilled into us to respect the ref calling them 'sir' whenever addressing them, that went all the way up from being in a schoolboy team to being in an open age team. I even notice it now at some of our under 20's/18's games (obviously cant hear at first team games) if i'd have spoke to the ref in the way Sinfield did I would have got the biggest bollocking ever, hes the captain so hes allowed to speak to him but the way he did was just embarassing. I know its not such a massive issue but its a step further to going the way football players treat referees.

Yea I can understand the reason they wont travel . Bit of a shame really cause their home support is fantastic compared to teams like ginger pearl mentioned . Doing very very well catalans.

Couldn't agree more the number of knees and elbows in the tackles .... Maguire in particular. Constant moving off the mark ... Smith and Webb.

At one stage Peacock was shouting abuse at the ref .... still you need sub titles to understand Peacock.

Fortunately, Leeds keep resigning these useless old farts .... all the better for us.

If this slide continues Leeds fickle fans won't even need the North stand opening next year going off this years turnout.

Aye, but the important thing is that they get decent home crowds and can continue to grow.

catalans crowds will only go up when the stadium is finished and they continue to be succeesfull on the field winning there first trophy would be huge and france having some success on the field would be good aswell. also catalans have still got the likes of bosc, ferriol, baile, fakir, farrar still to come back
