Does it really matter? How you can critisize Solomona for being fat when you had Feka in your team? At least Solomona doesn't fall over his own weight, which Feka did on several occasions.

No doubt Solomona is effective, but surely the question is wouldn't he be even more effective if he turned some of his blubber to muscle? It strikes me as rather odd that Wire fans wouldn't rather have a more effective player if he was more disciplined in what he ate. In a sport of marginal gains that seems a very easy one to achieve.

My thoughts exactly. He is good but he could be at that level for the full 80 instead of half a game if he didn't carry so much fat. |

The way I look at it - if the only thing people can pick on with regards to Solomona is his weight, then it shows he's a good player.
I must admit noticed how fat he seems to have got. But then again I noticed he was doing the same amount of running about as everyone else and is exceptionally fit given his size.
