To me, those types of matches are much more boring than one which sees defences being tough to break down and an act of brilliance proving to be the match winner or at least a key to unlocking the defence. It's called earning your points instead being gifted them with easy yards from dummy half. How about if the RFL change the rules yet again so we have to get back 20m instead of 10m? it's just downright bizarre.

Rugby League is a tough sport. It shouldn't be easy to make metres and score points.

Just like the early 90's.

The normal status quo is restored. Wigan vs the rest of RL, just as it should be.


On this issue, Madge has instructed Wigan to play to the rules, and done it very very well.

If the RL wants Wigan to change tactics then change the rules. If it doesn't then shut up and stop whinging.

Great to hear the opposition are getting so worried about Wigan again. Coaches cant find a way to stop us, so try to influence the game before its played.

If we were so boring how come we scored 197 more points than you last season and scored superb tries like Joel Tomkins v Wire, some of Amos Roberts' crackers before his injury, Sam Tomkins v Huddersfield to name but a few.

Oh and beat Leeds Rhinos 3 times on the way to Old Trafford fair and square.
