It is, but imagine the uproar if we announce we are to have WIGAN FOOTBALL CLUB on our shirts. Everytime we're mentioned in the media it would be as Wigan FC. Latics fans would love it. |

The youngsters wont stop supporting wigan just because we are not Warriors anymore! And if they are that idiotic to do so, they can go to the latics, theyl be back once they are in the third division playing Swindon on a wet wednesday night.

| When I was Nine years old I went to Wembley with my Dad and Grandad to watch WIGAN RUGBY play Wakefield. Now Forty Eight years later I still go watching WIGAN RUGBY and have never joined in with chants containing Warriors or come to that matter ex Sent Ellins songs. All who want to go along with Warriors then fair enough I would not dream of criticising them, but to me I will always follow WIGAN RUGBY!  |
