########### Final Arrangements for the Event ###############
The Club has been sorted and IMO looks Great for the Event, Many Thanks to Conroy & Twosevenzero for their Help in Setting up!
The Food for the evening has been sorted and as mentioned we have Chicken Curry/Lasagne (Meat/Vegi) and Hot pot available with Hot Dogs for the Younger ones. (Thanks to Mrs Rogues, Jane, and My Father in Law for all their Help in arranging this).
Pictures with the SL trophy will be available on the Night at a Price of £3 and will be printed for you to take away on the evening. (Their will be different versions i.e With or Without the Warriors/Ultras Badges if required).
The New Ultras Ltd Edition Pin Badges will also be available at a Price of just £3!
We have had some fantastic Donations from many Sources and I Would like to pass on our Thanks to all those who helped by giving these fantastic prizes.

Plus Other Prizes to be announced on the Night!
We debated long and hard about how we were going to make these prizes available and I hope our solution is agreeable to all.
We were concious that holding an Auction for these prizes may stop certain people from joining in, kids etc and could/would lead to only a few being able to Bid for these Great prizes.
After many hours of discussion we have decided that instead of doing the usual Auction style event we will be asking anyone interested in winning any of these great to make a £5 donation in the envelopes that will be on the Tables and in return you will receive 5 x tickets - 1 for each of the draws we will make on the Night (This obviously means you get a chance to win any 1 of these prizes for just £1 a Ticket).
We think this is the fairest chance for all attendees and Hopefully More people will be able to join in.
We have had an offer already for the Parramatta Shirt of £60 and I am sure if we went to an auction we could get far more!
However to give everyone on the evening a chance to win this particular Great Prize we have decided that if we receive a minimum of 70 x £5 donations on the evening we will put every ticket back in the Hat and inc this prize within the £5 draw!
As I said earlier we hope that this way of doing things is agreeable to all.
Looking forward to hopefully the 1st of many Anniversary Ultra's Flag Do's and a quick reminder that Doors open approx 7.30pm.
And a quick reminder that although a Fund raising event, our aim primarily is to raise awareness of what we are trying to do and get more people involved!
