| McGuire injured himself taking Csarmont out off the ball which saved a possible try because Richards would have passed inside to Carmont for a near certain try to win the game. So McGuire commited a professional foul IMO. I was in the East stand near the incident and there was nothing after the ball as McClennen intimated. He should have watched the replay before insinuating foul play.

No more than Sinfield constantly mouthing off to the ref. He should have been marched back 10 metres on numerous occassions tonight. Halibut just isn't a strong enough ref to put him in his place.

| I didn't see any foul play on McGuire after he pulled back Carmont, I saw Fatty-R-Buckles run up and stand over McGuire giving him jip, but they paused the footage at that point so I didn't see whether Riddell actually did anything.

| Just seen the interview with McLennan on the sky website and i've not a clue what he's on about. He's trying to make out that McGuire was injured when Riddell came over to him but it was clear his leg buckled as he took out George Carmont. It seems like he may have paid a heavy price for that incident which I wouldn't wish on anyone. He did what anybody would do in that situation.

Same here, I was level with the incident - McGuire crocked himself when pulling Carmont and tripping on him. Piggy gave him a right mouthful, nothing more. McLennan has made a right fool of himself with his insinuations and if he had any balls he'd issue an apology to the Wigan squad. But seeing as he seems to coach dirty play and thuggery, I won't hold my breath.
I don't wish him any serious injury, but I certainly have no sympathy for him and for the first time in my life, I didn't clap an injured player from the field.

| I have just had a good look at the replays of the incident. Firstly what a pair of tools Eddie & Stevo are when it is quite clearly No 9 Riddell who runs over.
Mcguire injures himself at the point where he tripped over Carmonts right foot whilst pulling him back. If you watch Mcguire (the little cheating scrote) he clearly jarres his knee before hitting the ground. Any afters that occured (not that I saw any other than Riddell standing over Mcguire) had fook all to do with his injury. he clearly is in agony on the floor. Serves him right and I hope he misses the rest of the playoffs for being a cheating little scrote !

Yes, winning 3 Grand Finals on the trot would certainly indicate that, and as we also had the decency to give you a 14 point start to make a game of it, I would suggest our sporting credentials are impeccable as well!

Correct. We have not won anything yet this season. Our form has been poor, and yet we are only 80 mins away from a 4th Grand Final on the trot. Perhaps, despite our injury list, we have timed it right again.
Whilst I doubt that the West Yorkshire Police would welcome some of your pond life, nothing would give me greater pleasure than to see Wigan and that little toe rag Tomkins getting ted again at Headingley. It's always a good feeling to put pretenders to our title in their places!
However, I doubt that it will happen, as your team are having a bit of a wobble at the wrong end of the season, whereas KR are on a roll, and I fully expect them to turn you over.

Top tipping! Enjoy the off-season.
