| Wishing Amos a speedy recovery and hopefully his injury is not as bad as first reported.
He has been sensational for you guys this year and a pleasure to watch in neutral games !!

| I'm gutted for him.
No idea what happened, as we were at the far end from it, but if it is a break we have to hope that Phelps and Richards both stay fit for the next couple of months at least.
I would be looking to recall Ainscough on the wing at the first sign of any knock to Phelps/Richards/Carmont/Goulding as we need top-class cover should anything else happen.
Little harsh on Cas, but they knew the terms and would have to live with it. Ainy is a proven try-scorer.
I'm hoping (like everyone else on here) that it isn't as bad as is being reported, but expecting the worst TBH.

| Just heard from my source (a player inside the club) that Amos has a suspected DOUBLE leg fracture of the tibia and fibula in the left leg.

Out for season is most likely in that case: 12-16 weeks immobilisation in a cast followed by a rehabilitation period.

This could pave the way for a return to the first team for Shaun Ainscough

I dont see how. Phelps will be back in. Giving us:
Phelps
Goulding
Gleeson
Carmont
Richards
With Bailey as first back up for centres. If Pat, Amos & Goulding stay fit, we are fine.

If you are trying to look at the bright side of this it is the above that Shaun Ainscough can takeover Roberts' mantle and light up Super League.
Hope you get better soon Amos.

| Get well soon Amos - you've been a revelation in SL this year, the kind of player that brings fans through the turnstiles.
I'd get Ainscough back from Cas if I were you - he looked a bit hacked off having to play with that shower on Friday!

| There will be no need for ainscough to return. We have enough depth.
We play salford next week followed by Sheffield.
We can probably rest 2 or 3 players for the sheffield game before we face quins at home.
We are battered and bruised but that is what easter does. The bumps will be less painfull with the 4 points on the ladder

TBH i agree. Ainscough is a brilliant player but we dont need him yet, IMO Phelps is better at fullback than Richards and Phelps at 1 and Richards at 5 is more of an attacking threat than Richards at 1 and Ainscough on the wing.

| Bailey centre?
We have Joel 'The White Pearl' Tomkins who can play there.
