| A fantastic win for St.helens against Huddersfield. I honestly did not expect them to win that game with the injuries they have picked up and the good form of Huddersfield. It makes for an exciting match next week. Saints will still be the favourites IMO.
James Graham, Tony Puletua, Leon Pryce and Kyle Eastmond all sound in good form for Saints. We are going to have to put in our best defensive performance of the season if we want to beat them IMO, which I think we are capable of. Our defensively display against Leeds was much better than the one at Castleford. I hope Harrison Hansen returns because he is a very strong tackler and a tackling machine.
Word is that Saints have picked up a couple of injuries. I don't think they are that serious though. Nevertheless we have our own injury problems to worry about. Sam Tomkins must play for me next week. It doesn't sound like Riddell or Coley will make it. That means Deacon and Feka into the squad IMO or Mossop moved to prop and Liam Farrell taking the next bench spot. Saints have home advantage, but they have the shorter turnaround.
I can't call it. The two form sides in the competition going head to head in the fiercest derby in Rugby League.
Can't wait.

| Cant wait either!!!!!
I love a strong Wigan side, it makes the derby more intense and reminds me just how much i hate you . I know the feeling is mutual and we wouldn't have it any other way.
Hope its a true advert for everything that is good about rugby league instead of the rubbish sky have been broadcasting recently.

| The banter is flying round the office at work, plus the girlfriend and family are all massive Saints fans. Me and her Dad have got a bet on that the loser buys the curry after the game.
I would love nothing better than to strut into that St Helens curry house wearing cherry and white hoops knowing I'm about to have a meal paid for buy a St Helenser.
COME ON WIGAN!

| Well, thankfully you 'orrible Wigguners are far less confident than you were two weeks ago.
We're coming into the game with some good form. Hopefully we can restrict the injury list to the same as the Hudds game (Wello/Soliola/Lomax) - although I think we have a few more niggles after a tough game yesterday.
Should be a belter and if we can get over the line, 6 points from consecutive games against the rest of the top 4 is not to be sniffed at. We've done brilliantly well to stay in contention at the top despite our fair share of injuries.
Methinks a lot of the "Saints are doomed" brigade, of which there were plenty after week 1, are going to look a bit silly come the end of the year.

Thats probably better for us, the last time we got a bit cocky/overconfident we blew a 20 point lead!
Anybody writing Saints or Leeds off wants their head looking at. They will both be there or therabouts no matter how many injuries.

However, a number of electrons were mildly inconvenienced.

| Definitely.
My 4 tickets were bought from Stains, due to needing a disabled ticket for one member of the party.
I do wish people would stop talking about the game though - I started feeling nervous last night, and it's getting worse as today goes on.
I'm going to be a gibbering heap by the time Friday finally comes around.
Oh, and btw - The Met Office have changed the forecast now - Heavy rain Wednesday to Friday, with 38mph winds on Friday.
Should be "fun".
Now excuse me while I go and bury my head in the nearest available sandpit for the next 4 days.

| i hope its not raining. as soon as i saw the forecast i immediately had the image of eastmond sliding over from about 10 yds on the wet pitch last year for the game winning score. when i watched the game back it was double pain listening to hemmings ejaculate over the try. dry pitch please, i cant take another pipped at the line KR loss.

| That's all we need. The roof over the away end at KR has more holes than swiss cheese. Think I'll be taking a snorkel and some flippers
