Carvell made contact with Jackson with the ball carrying arm, not as if he led with the elbow raised with the other arm.
Think you need to look at it without the tinted specs on. Personally I want him to play so he can get the same treatment as the HKR pack did.'"
Please tell me you are joking? How you can justify leading with the forearm/elbow at someone's head/neck as the tackler 'shouldnt have his head there' is beyond me. Carvell should not be leading with his forearm in the first place, and tacklers should be able to have their head where they please without other players smashing them in the chops.

Im not joking and I will justify it. The tackler wasnt stood us staright he was going down to the tackle head on to Carvell. To me he 'bumped' him with the lead arm but made contact with Jacksons head due to him being in that postion.
If the tackler wants to put his head first into a tackle thats his problem and will come off second best every time.

| If the tackle had been reversed, Carvell had been knocked out due to a high tackle, but was dipping into the tackle, would you class it as a penalty? For me you are responsible for where your limbs are, if you smash someone in the face...whether they're dipping or not, you deserve to face the consequences.

| So if Carvell is lying unconcious on the floor, possible broken jaw, you wouldn't want any type of punishment for the offending player?

| can you imagine the uproar from Wire fans if Coley did exactly the same thing as Carvell to Harrisson this week and Fielden does exactly what Morley did to Myler? I'll take you back to the time Mathers made that high tackle on King...this board nearly went into meltdown because of the crying from the idiots. Double standards.

if he ducks into the challenge thats his problem as his running style is wrong, as for Carvell, i couldnt care less about his jaw.

You're allowed to hand people off, not use the forearm or elbow. No such thing as a lead arm. If he had his arm out straight as you're supposed to and he caught the elbow then fair enough it's an accident, when you go in like he did with the arm bent and elbow / forearm leading then it's deliberate.
Secondly, you go into a tackle with the shoulder, to go in without your head going in with it is a tad hard unless you're an emu.
