He could start a new trend - playing on the wing in a pair of those lovely  yellow Marigolds! Agree with you though it must take some getting used to coming from the heat of Aus to the cold and wet of Wigan, he isn't the first and wont be the last who has struggled in his first season in the UK but he will be more used to it next year. I can think of a few players who struggled in their first year but came good - most recent being Pat Richards and how about Craig Smith ? Had a nightmare of a first season but I would happily have paid for him to stay myself at the end.
And before someone says overseas players should know what it is like over here, well to some extent maybe they should but on the other hand if you have never played in rain, sleet, snow and mud before then how on earth can they tell

Not one of them has had a word to say about Roberts Form for the past 2 monhts or so and 1 bad half and they're erecting the Gallows!!!!!!!!!!!! |

What I would say in regards to Amos is, are we only ever going to able to trust him to have a good game in dry conditions, because yes he's had some bad games but they've mostly been in the wet, and yes he's had some good games but they have mostly been in the dry, so there's certainly a correlation forming there.

Where?!?! The other 4 are called for. And if they werent at our club I wouldnt be moaning because I would be happy with the team we had. The rest IMO are cracking players. |

What about the last 6/7 games he's had where he's generally been rated by many as being in the Top performers????
Had a bit of a shocker Friday but still had the confidence to come back and make some great runs from AHB coming away from the line.
