You are Brian Noble, and I claim my £5. That's the sort of cack-handed philosophical nonsense he used to trot out to justify every near-miss we had.
We've been pretty poor against Leeds twice this season, and not been beaten in either game - yet Leeds have the advantage? OK....

How does that work? Leeds produce their best performance for months, whereas Wigan produce their worst performance probably since drawing at Cas, yet Wigan win the game. I don't think leeds can play much better than they did tonight, but we saw against Hudds last week how much better Wigan can be. How does this help Leeds pschologically? Straw-clutching is the term that springs to mind

Let's be honest; you're actually not doing much, other than trolling...and you're not even doing THAT very well.

| Incorrect play the ball - were there any correct ones all game? OK I know it's "attempt" to play with the foot, but that's not the same as pretend to play it with your foot.
Forward pass - yes they happen. Anyone ever see Webb manage to pass the ball backwards? I'm wondering where Stevo's momentum rule went, it seems to still exist for Saints and Leeds. Not so much for Wigan.

This. How he missed Carmont's forward pass for Richards try and other things like Charnley's knock on then one straight away by Tomkins I will never know. There were other bad decisions that went in Leeds favour which were equally baffling. This season the standard of referee is as bad as I have seen and being equally bad for both sides seems to be as good as it gets.

| You would think Wigan were the first team to ever score off a forward pass. EVERY CLUB IN RUGBY LEAGUE HAS AT ONE POINT -GET OVER IT.

20333_1393344959.gif Current thoughts - Mago out or get running up them plantations, get fit or get rid.
Maybe a back up halfback, someone with a bit of experience on a short term deal.
Big tall strong running second rower, like a McMeekin or Sironen type back rower.:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_20333.gif |

| Turn the clock back 5 years and Leeds and Saints dominated, if any lower team were to play them Hemmings would be creaming himself if Leeds or Saints were winning calling them champions with the attitude 'can Leeds/Saints hold on for the win...yes they can, that' why they're champions' sort of atitude to commentary.
Now Wigan are champions his attitude is 'can 'insert team' knock Wigan off their throne? have Wigan peaked too early?
At last nights game I'm sure he had his kecks round his ankles watching Leeds nearly beat us.
One thing from last night stands out where McGuire clearly jumps infront of Pat blocking him from catching the kick and scoring and Eddies reaction is : Oooo, McGuire as jumped too early and in the completely wrong area where the ball was going' - No Eddie, he was clearly cheating as per usual.

sky have done enough hand jiving over wigan the last few months, even when just doing the basic skills needed in a RL game, you'd think wigan were the only team who could pass, tackle, kick etc. . . saying that they still do have a fondness for all things leeds.

Got that spot on. Finch ripped the ball towards the Leeds line thus making it a knock on.
