To be fair, apart from one missed tackle, I didn't think Deacon did that badly in defence. Ball in hand though, he looked way out of his depth. It was like watching Moran again.

He also made a mare of catching the ball five seconds into the game.

It was Deacon's passing that was the main problem. This has to be a big worry as this is supposed to be his strength.

I don't see him going round again - I just hope he can get it together for a few more weeks.
