Don't get me wrong, I rate Orford, but I can't see IL going for him. I can't see him coming over for one year either. I think we need to be patient and go for a younger player, this has been said many times but look at Leeds.
As for Mossop, yes Huddersfield rate him, but I can see him being Bailey's replacement - assuming he's released at the of the season. |

Easy really. Briscoe is he only player we've released that I (and seemingly everyone on this board) would take back. Obviously not at the time; as we had the best FB in SL. |

The Briscoe one isn't really an issue.
We offered him a deal but he choose to leave because he had a 26 year 100% fit Kris Radlinski infront of him and didn't want to be forced into playing on the wing.
In hindsight of course we'd have wanted to keep him but nobody was to know Rads would have to retire so nobody can really take any blame........infact Wigan should be praised for not standing in his way.
I'd swap Wild for Bailey and Tickle for Hansen in all honesty. |

True, i pointed that out yesterday but like you say if opposition fans think it makes their case stronger they'll add them on to the list.
At the end of the day we've not released a homegrown player since Sean Long thats gone on to become a great player. |

People allow the fact that Tickle and Hodgson were signed not brought through the academy slip there mind with some easy.
Apart from Briscoe i wouldnt have anyone back we let go.And even then i would pick Ashton over him if i could choose
