Simple, take em' down after the game. These flags will be going away from home too where possible.
Position 2 is the intended location, dependant on their being enough flags. I think 13 or 14 minimum.
By my reckoning, we'll have 10 or 11 ready for the start of the season. I'm ordering a new one next week.

They will look superb on there especially for televised games.

If the flags are 10ft wide then leave 1ft between them and 10 of them will take up 110 ft, that fills most of the width of the south stand I rekon. It's 150ft wide I rekon.

this may seem like a silly question but, how you gonna put them up there? big ladders?

There's a gantry up there for maintenance. The club are putting them up and taking them down for every home game.

They could do with taking a bucket of soapy water when they go up there and start cleaning the white gantry, although the flags will cover the green,

that's a time consuming job (should hold a sweepstake into how long it will take) which i would hate, don't like heights personally!
