Challenge my opinions all you like but we’ve been over it and we won’t agree will we? I’m not sure where you’re getting this ‘I’m the only person’ from. I’ve not seen many as down about the All Stars farce as I was (mainly because most people didn’t really care about the fixture anyway) but loads are calling out the Saints play acting, wind up tactics and laughing at your perfectly timed Covid problems.

Serious question now and we’ll leave it- does the timing of Saints Covid issues seem suspicious? Especially when you consider they’ve done so well to avoid problems pre and post that two week period after the final (a period that is always extremely tough for a final team).

Suspicious? Not to me no.
Will it come in handy long term having a rest after Wembley? Possibly.
Does that prove we actually did anything wrong? No.
Could it be a coincidence that has gone in our favour? Yes.
Could it stop us winning the league leaders and getting an "easier" semi? Also yes.

I'll be honest this bugs me. Said it to my Dad at the game on Monday. He looks to the ref and takes ages playing the ball as a result. Needs to just get on with it and stop whinging so much.

Bateman and Marshall are particular offenders for us as well. Annoys the hell out of me.

It’s been a huge issue for Bateman this season IMO. He’s looked like he’s come back from Oz with a notion that he shouldn’t be getting treated any differently to bog standard forwards from here but he has a target on him and he needs to learn to deal with that. He’s got better in recent weeks and is doing less whinging to the ref but there’s work to do yet.
