What I saw was what the Sky camera focused upon, which was Lima working Wilkin's arm while Wilkin was on the floor and three tacklers were around him. I think we are talking about two aspects of the same tackle.

Either way, clearly some element of dangerous play has come into the tackles (on Wilkin and Soliola) or else there would have been no charge. Whether the element of danger is sufficient for a ban remains to be seen. I can't see it myself not because I don't think there was danger - I do - but because the RFL love their warning letters!
