Sam already had a four-year deal and has just added another year on, Logan's isn't a new contract as such, the question was asked about his contract and IL said he had a three-year-deal so I presume that was done when he got promoted to the first-team squad.

What these contact extension signings should do is a message out to all the above (and any players who are nearing the end of their contract) including Pryce (so as you know I'm not biassed) to say that perform well enough and you will be rewarded.

Also, there are kids coming through who want your jersey.

Agreed and also how the younger lads develop next year.

As good as he is his injury is a tricky one to shake off.

Secondly he will require a big wage and while he deserves it, I think as a club we have shown that we do not need the best wingers in the world for them to be still very effective.
