Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league

Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate

Yeh I know that one... sing a version at united games! Just never heard it at a Wigan game so didn't make the link. |

its ok until you get to the last line........"walking down to central park" fits fine, but somehow "walking down to meglomaniac stadium" doesnt have the same ring.
central park > robin park..........sound fine |

Believe it or not but it's possible that everyone doesn't have the same opinion on songs. I'm not a fan of campione but it's being sung so I'll join in. I also know that the extended version of 'everywhere we go' was brought in to try and fade out the 'we are the warriors' one, which seemed to have worked.
And don't forget, it's not the groups that sing that are the problem.

When Maurice sold me to Leeds something changed, it just not the same, the passion inside me just wasn’t the same as running out at Central park for my hometown club.
We need a change of culture here; we don’t want to be just happy with playing ok on Saturday at St Helens.
Ill make sure that from now on things will change, that players will be under pressure and will train a lot harder than they have before.
