But those players were also going for the ball aswell, obviousley they are all going to make contact...or are they just supposed to stand back and watch smith catch it in fear of putting a finger tip to him and conceding a penalty. Come on it's Rugby not football.
There has been plenty mention of the 'spear tackle' yes it was a bad tackle, i wouldn't have complained if he was sent for 10 after that, but he wasn't nor was senior. Farrel was sent for something nowhere near as bad. Inconsistency is what's annoying, that's why there are complaints about refs.

so can you be challenged in the air the rules say not.
a lot of tintid views by the pies sure you get the fair rub of the green from the refs over the whole season

They were challenging for the ball. Like i said, were they supposed to just stand there?
Most if not all fans have 'tinted' views, obviousley they're going to support their own team, that view isn't really tinted, he knocked on, clearly, so we should have had the ball back.

i thought it should of been a penalty to leeds. the ref has to ref by the book clear contact on the leeds man the wigan player was knowere near the ball.
if wigan won it would have been a great reffing peformance in wigan fans eyes.
have wigan ever had a dodgey try like pryce was in touch last weekend for his last try

This isn't about dodgy tries, though you obviousley want to bring that up as often as possible. lets be honest that not being given wouldn't have been a turning point, we smashed you. And by the way, we won that game and i still thought Alibert had an awful game (for both sides) so no, if we had won, i still would have thought there were some awful decisions.
nowhere near the ball? what like halfway down the pitch, or a few inches, Lee smith jumped higher and nearly got it, but knocked on, a wigan player didn't punch him in the back or pull his legs down, him knocking on wasn't due to anything like that.

Well this is a forum, peopel discuss their views, if we just had to get on with it and never try to dispute anything then there wouldn't be much to talk abot would there.
Yes i know they did, and that was ridiculous. What's your point...

Loser?
What does that make you then...
From the way you're going on about it, you'd think you were a Leeds fan.
