Couldn't believe how many high tackles he got away with, Particularly after that fight he must have been done at the very least 4 times for high shots, The ref was more than happy to give straight reds after the biff but didn't do anything about persistant high shots.

He should have been off for those tackles - worse than the biff and far more dangerous.

He is the sort of player you could happily take a piece of four by two to. Perhaps he does get picked because if he doesnt he will skweem and skweem and skweem until he is sick! Did he get involved in the punch-up or was he using Thayler as a shield? I will have to watch the replay to decide this one.

On another tangent about Wilkin, could you take him serious if he was sat opposite you at a negotiating table? NO?? Neither could I!!!!

Wilkin really is the definition of an average player. For years he stole a living in good St Helens teams and now he is playing in a very average one he is showing just how average he actually is. He is not big enough for a forward, is slow (almost Wellensesque) and isnt particulalry skillful. He is Widnes standard and always has been. How he has ever got picked for England is quite amazing with some of the forwards that we have got.

Just can't understand why anyone in the St.Helens side would want to hand Wigan field position, they were the most obvious penalties you could give straight in front of the referee and what made matters worse is that he just continued to do it. Makes you wonder how many penalties you can actually get away with giving without being sent from the field of play, can't imagine he will be too popular with his team mates after that performance.
