Sadly this demise is all on Maguire's head. The team looks shattered and has done for the run in. He should have blooded youngsters and rested the veterans against the weaker teams. We've really paid for that mistake.

Got to agree on not resting players enough. Wether he had a choice or not is another matter as we are light in certain areas due to injuries. Been a good season won the CC but you could tell against Crusaders that the players needed time off but that game could have had a bearing on the poor shows against Saints in the play offs.

Best team won. Absolutely no complaints from me.

I think you just run out of steam, thats what happened to Huddersfierld last Month, Catalans last week, Wire yesterday, Wigan today. Its a bit of a coincidence that Leeds and St Helens have had an injury ravaged season and only got there big guns back with a settled side these past 3 or 4 weeks enabling a sustainable energy level for the play offs.
