The good thing about Tomkins is he looks natural in either position, so regardless of which he gets played in he'll never suffer from being forced to play a position he isnt comfortable in.
When hes older he will probably specialise into one or the other but as a youngster, only just 20, I think he will still show a good mix of traits that suit either role.

I dont think it matters to be honest.
As long as his halfback partner is a quality 6 or 7, im sure Sam's game will flourish.
Ideally he will stay at 6 because Myler will be at 7 - I can dream I suppose.

when i sat get rid i mean when their contracts are up.
personally i would like tommy to stay as long as hes producing. Timmy can go back today if he likes.

It was a shoulder injury with Smith even though it looked like a wrist on when watching him hold his arm. |

If we can only get a 7 then he will play 6 but if we get a 6 then play him at 7.
While Noble is here it does not matter if he is 6 or 7.
