Thought all our props went well tonight, seems like an age since we could say that, chuck Havard into the mix as well and things are looking pretty good

I think the rest probably did Singo a lot of good, he looked full of energy tonight.

You’d think we’re picking 5 in a full strength side. It’s pretty certain that Partington sits outside that (although he was good tonight) but you still need to leave one more out. What a task that is picking who that will be! I’ve never bought in to some of the talk that it’s automatically Singleton and I think he showed he’s up for the fight tonight. Mago is playing his best rugby so far, Cooper has started like a house on fire, Byrne has been consistent all season and Havard and Ellis look like it’s pretty effortless to knock out good numbers.

Stumped really, don’t want to suggest any of them. I actually think it might end up being Ellis but I thought it would be Mago until recently.

Enjoyable win in a good atmosphere. Very flat in the first half and Warrington deserved their lead. Cust moving to 9 helped massively (something we should pursue in the future?). Harry Smith's bombs were spot on in the 2nd half and the way we genuinely challenged for the ball was great (how rare is that in SL?). Mago made a great impact even if he was only on briefly.

Im no fan of Daryl Powell but I think he was right in saying the game could easily have gone in a different direction. Wigan were a little fortunate that Warrington didnt take chances but they did well to commit to the tough stuff and then pull away in the 2nd half.

The way the Warrington fans treated Mike Cooper was appalling.

Superb tonight as long as sam powell and Bateman get back into the team they will win the GF

I was stunned by this.

Played for them for 14 years, falls out with the coach who they all want sacked, is told his is no longer wanted so signs with another team, then Warrington ring Wigan asking to take him early.

Only a few years ago they used to put 4000/5000 fans in that stand. Looked about 800 today.

The track back by Field and the tackle by Halsall to put him into touch and the way the lads congratulated Halsall was a pleasure to watch,not a bad player Halsall is turning out to be.

Got to take your chances though. Warringtons first try was the first one i have ever seen with downward pressure with your hand underneath the ball.

I haven't watched the game back yet, did the sky team mention Thornley, Leuluai, Havard, Powell, Farrell, and Bateman all out injured and O'Neill suspended?
Or is it only other teams who are missing players?

Was Faz injured, or rested? I've not watched the game back too and haven't heard anything on why he didn't play.
