A breach is a breach and you won trophies off the back of it, therefore making these wins null and void. |

Fair era?
When some clubs were using EBT's and offshore accounts to circumvent the salary cap. And then of course clubs weren't even because some clubs were allowed to spend more than others. |

I thought it was that massively concrete legal argument of the "spirit" (good luck to the RFL in enforcing that one if we went to court) of the cap.
Maybe Yellow Giraffe knows something that we don't?
