Leeds went to another level of cheating under Tony Smith and it is still there.

Having lived in both places I can tell you that it is a joke to suggest Sheffield is bigger than Manchester. No one I know in Sheffield would be so stupid as to suggest that. While I agree it was not a try at all. I would question your geography. You do realise Leeds is in west Yorkshire and is one of the bigger cities outside of London. A lot more urban than Wigan, and not everyone is a farmer?
