It would be outstanding! Mathers anti Wigan bile on Twitter would all blow up on him if Rangi left and Roberts left him on the bench!!
Chase would be a great signing and would be an IL style move, he hasnt got much wrong yet, but Scully in the coaching ranks and the rumoured signings are certainly a test of his judgement, if they all come to fruition.
I expect alot of movement at Castleford, cant see alot of the senior players looking forward to working for Basil. |

Cas are skint.
A fair amount of cash plus a player then another quality younger player on loan might just do for the Tigers.
The code 13 statement is not convincing at all.

He should move for himself more then anything. He obviously has strong feeling for Cas but the lad is too good not to be winning trophies and challenging for a kiwi shirt and that isn't going to happen at Cas with all due respect.

I doubt the NRL will take much notice of him so long as he plays for one of the smaller British teams.
There are all kinds of reasons why Chase could do with transferring to a higher profile club, even if it's only for a couple of seasons. |
