No news on Pryce either way yet, along with several others who are also out of contract

If I had to put money on it I would say pryce will not be at Wigan next year.

I can see Phelps getting another year as cover.

Pryce, I think, will go.

Fielden & Coley both resigning would be massive.

Pryce has signed a 2 year deal with us "allegedly". The Hull board is currently discussing this above all else.

If true, it is my opinion that we have signed a giant injury prone heartless pudding. I'd be really happy if any of you could dilute my dissapointment with some converse views on him....

Letting both Phelps and Pryce leave would be a disaster IMO. Being able to call on players of thier calibre when front line squad members go down is one of the major reasons why we came top this season.

I realise we have kids like Charnley & Marsh impressing and chomping at the bit but I still think I'd prefer 2 see them get a full years SL experience at another club. Neither are currently good enough to move either Carmont or Gleeson out of the team and are both to good to sit in the 21's.

I'd offer at least Phelps or Pryce another deal.

In all seriousness, I actually think he you were to give him a consistent run in the side he'd go all right for you.

Frustrating player as you think he could offer a lot more but a good finisher and pretty solid defensively.

Just don't expect a great work-rate or for him to make chances for himself.

That's an accurate enough assessment, I'd say, although you could also mention his lack of pace or agility.

just read on the Beeb that Louis McCarthy-Scarsbrook is leaving quins at the end of this season and to quote the extract it mentions that Saints have beaten WIGAN to his signature. have i been on the moon or something lately because i never knew we were interested in him?

im not too familiar with him but i do always rate him when i've seen him playing whether against us or on the tv. a bit injury prone if my memory serves me correct.

good signing for saints though if its correct.

I understand we were interested but pulled out in the early stages mainly due to wage demands. Not fussed we missed out on him to be honest. Solid player nothing special for me.

The only players departure that would warrant the term 'disaster' would be Stuart Fielden.
