Wouldn't they be burnt? 20 minutes seems a little high, I would have thought 12 might have been about right? Or maybe 20 minutes at 180?

In case it hasnt already been mentioned the Victim surcharge is a new initiative and its basically something to do with the compensation that must be paid to those that are victims of people commiting similar crimes or something like that. Or its to cover hospital expenses for them or something along those lines may be a road safety charity I dont remember 100% but its something like that.

i'm quite nervous for Chris Bridge now...if he comes across a red light he wont simply drive through it he'll rip it out the ground and then smash it with his elbow,

mind you i'm not sure thats a traffic offence so i think he'll be ok
