are you refering to 93/94 season warrington wigan at wilderspool scores locked at 6 all , russell smith gives a penalty against paul cullen saying he went in with his knees in the tackle (never did imo) frano botica kicks the penalty goal 35 yards out and 10 yards from the touch line , wigan won 8-6 and that cost us the league that season , never forgave smith for the penalty , classic match thou at a sold out wilderspool also thousands of fans locked out , was any body else at this match |
