Best make it easier for him because I think he'd struggle to do that:
Libel: a false and malicious publication printed for the purpose of defaming a living person.
This can of course include speculation on a site such as this (even speculation that is CLEARLY fake a wink smiley doesn't hold up in court believe it or not) |

What you said there is libel, saying i would struggle to do that. Could be classes as insinuating something about me.
Just interested in the reason why, thats all.
