Walters and his awful tackling technique and a general lethargy in the team not helping our cause. I really see no point in Hampshire in our side, much prefer some faith in Farrimond who can actually pass a ball correctly.

Leeds line speed is very good and our defence is strangling Leeds.

The pass at the ruck, the pass to Keighran and the offside all involving Rocky have really hurt us.

Just as I type he’s been replaced which must be a reflection of those key errors.

This is panning out like recent previous defeats to Leeds, dominate through the middle, huff and puff on their line time and time again and they take their chances clinically. They’ve defended brilliantly and have a decent lead to hold on to, not confident we will win this.

It's a mirror of the hull fc performance so far. We can't just hope Leeds run out of gas in the last 20 like we did there. We're struggling attack wise. I honestly feel like the LLS could be out of reach as we look low on form and energy, particularly if we lose this.

We need to ramp up our attack this half, more attacking kicks rather than turning the ball over on Leeds lline.

It was strange that Wardle was ruled offside when scoring, I thought the referee had penalised Ellis at play the ball.

Needs to be us and I’m confident it will be if we throw more shake at them.

They have had to do lots more work than us which should tell later on in the game but if we are to win I think we do need to score next at 12/14 points the way Leeds are defending and we are attacking could be a big ask.

We need to find more energy and our backs need to stand deeper when we have the ball, they have no room to work in.

One thing that bothers me is Nsemba’s play the ball. It’s so poor plants ball earlier than he needs to and laboured with the foot. The defence is given the green light to move up and it puts the next carrier under real pressure even after Junior has won contact and we should be on the front foot.

It’s been annoying me for a while it’s so basic and easy to fix but does us damage every time he carries the ball.
