Been said on here many times as to the away end if you would have looked up there is a solid roof over the North Stand and over the South Stand there is a GLASS roof which deadens the sound. The thing is we don't give a toss who we play, the atmosphere is generally the same. Your lot however make the effort probably 2 or 3 times a year for Saints or a GF / Cup Final. The loudest noise heard from your lot all night was for a forward pass shout.

I found it quite ironic that the Salford fans were singing "this is a hole, I want to go home" Having worked in Salford for several years believe me they have nothing to sing about. Marsh Green & Plattbridge are like Mayfair compared to Langworthy & the Weaste the rest of Salford doesn't fair much better either.
