I can see them going for a period of suspension rather than x number of matches - it will essentially be the same i.e 7 months of 10 matches, but 7 months looks a harsher penalty for those who don't follow RL and are frothing at the mouth.

I'd say he'll get a 6 month suspension to start at the beginning of the 2015 season. Anything less than him being hung, drawn & quartered will have those outside our fair parish choking on their pints of bitter.

Possibly, the obvious problem with that is the next time someone does something as bad, a similar time sentence may be a much harsher punishment.

Was there a big mirror in front of Ben Flower? Im not sure how the saints fans behind Ben Flower could have seen that. Seemed pretty obvious they were laughing at him dropping the ball when pretty much through.

They were probably laughing at flower dropping the ball, you can't really judge them on that, in real time at the stadium everything happens so fast you can't always process exactly what's happening, they see flower bomb a try and a mass brawl break out.
