I have visions of some guy locked in a shed or garage by his son with only a printing machine for company.

Anyone know how the conversation went when John Major was being shown round the changing rooms at Wembley and was greeted by Billy McGinty wearing only a strategically placed pineapple ring?

The same Maurice Lindsay who then said upon joining the board of that thriving little club

I wonder whether this was due to Wigan RL being pretty in 2006 whilst Wigan Athletic were becoming well known all over the World as a Premier League club?

Not really a quote as such, but a motivational statement from Martin Offiah to the 2010 Wigan Grand Final team was fantastic. Even as a Saints fan I was applauding that when I saw it after the game. I've got the picture somewhere at home, I'm pretty sure someone on here has it in their sig aswell.
