Dont worry we only got 5-6 weeks more of Ron on any forum as school starts again. Its kids like him that real makes you wish that they still put children down a coal mine for 18 hours a day.

Pushed himself too hard in the gym - that's Stuart's problem, he doesn't know when to take his foot off the gas.

Silly bugger. He was 100% fit but when to hard to early. I feel for the guy I really do but he should have known better.

I'm sure he'll be fine for next year. He's just been a little unlucky.
