i agree with what you say. may be feb and the home of a couple of pastings...but still should be there for the Wigan game, will most likely be a day trip for us though |

For God's sake, all you people seem to do is moan. No matter what the RFL does, you moan.
I think it's a top idea. If this is promoted right, we have the change to kick our season off in a blaze of publicity, at a celebration of our game. Start and end the season with a big event.
The roof will be closed, so the pitch will be spot on, and given that fans have been starved of RL over the winter, there - in theory at least - stands a chance that he crowd will be decent.
Plus, everyone moaned when it was taken away from Cardiff, and now we have Cardiff back - so what's the problem?

You will be in a stadium with a CLOSED ROOF!
When you're not in the stadium with a CLOSED ROOF, you will be in one of the plethora of PUBS next to the ground. When you're en route from one to the other, you can wear a JACKET.
FFS - people will moan at anything.
We live in England. It's cold here. Even in August it's done nothing but p155 down. |

i've been to the MS in Cardiff in late Feb with the roof CLOSED and it was FREEZING!
They HAVE to have the AC on when the ROOF is CLOSED!!!!!!!

like someone said what if the weather is as bad as last year and roads are blocked through heavy snow the magic (tragic)weekend will have to postponed, how will they fit that into the rest of season

How about Barcelona for the weekend? Cheap flights and decent priced accommodation should make this an option and not too much different in cost to the UK option. If Ireland could be considered then why not Spain?
