They all make the same mistakes, believe me.
What an over reaction all this is.

Did I say it wasn't.
We signed a 3yr deal with Kooga, and generally the stuff is excellent. All the original delays where down to the club not Kooga.
Re the leisure wear etc, we don't know who's fault that is since the club is utterly silent, which is no suprise given the shambolic way "Warriors World" is run.
The new fella really needs to get to grips with things.
To say lets bin Kooga off is a childish reaction that would achieve nothing. Perhaps you would like to go back to JJB/Patrick now Champion

Kooga have missed the mistake and shirt has been bagged.
The customer has decided they want a certain size they've seen on the rack and have been given a fresh one in sealed packaging. Unfortunately they've received they jersey that Kooga accidentally botched and missed.
Just needs an exchange and an apology, that's all.'"
I agree with Alex Big Linkin'

I would agree with that.
Maybe they should do it like a lot of football clubs do, have a new home shirt one year then a new away shirt the year after and so on. The only time it would be different would be new makers or new sponsors.

The manufacturers would have sent a shirt over to the club to be checked for errors, this is standard practice. If it isn't the wigan club are naive at best. If this is just one shirt though, i do think its an overreaction, just take it back and exchange it. Its not like it said "saints and proud" across the front.

Correct. 1 shirt in 15,000 isn't a bad fault rate.

Saints shirt is horrible I'd rather have a few of these mistakes than that attrocious shirt and Wire's shirts are within the print and not even raised and it's hideous. As far as I'm concerned for a shirt of it's quality it's worth it.
Plus I'm sure they'll get a replacement this sort of thing happens with all businesses a few errors slip through the net.
