Personally, I'm hoping none of us get to know a damned thing about how he is getting on.

Mainly because the only time we get updates on individual players is usually when it's bad news or controversy (like last month) - I'm hoping he's keeping his head down, nose clean and just working hard to get in the squad.

Whenever I see somebody post in this thread after a spell of no posts in it I think ‘here we go’. Fingers crossed he keeps his head down, gets to the start of the season and gets lost in his rugby.

Maybe you could ask his best buddy that Nottingham Tiger guy, He seems to know everything Zak is doing

He’s in a residential rehabilitation clinic (Sporting Chance).
No contact with the outside world for Zak at the moment.
