Why not drop the idea of a full time coach, and go with a few English selector such as Sculthorpe and Radlinksi, and bring in someone such as Craig Bellamy to coach the team on a part time basis.

I've been thinking about this and this is a real spanner in the works, but why have the RFL not looked at someone like Shaun Wane?

Fantastic motivator, demands respect and will get the best out of any team he coaches.
