| At half time I thought that this would be a test of the coach's ability to get Wigan back up again. They came through with flying colours.
On the game:
Roberts was amazing again
Solomona will be an impact threat all season (especially when he gets fit)
Wigan would have lost by 20+ points last season
Really tough but fair game.
Wire's front row look really good - Monaghan looks like the player that left Manly
Wish I could have been there!

Back in his best position, but he was super, so was Harrison for them.
Fielden, Coley & Roberts were immense for us.
Best game of the year, will take some beating.

Agreed, wish some of the ones I know were as gracious.

| Just got back, what a match well played both teams could have gone either way. What can I say MM what ever you have done to our team long may it last . Nice touch by TS shaking hands with the wigan players as they came off the pitch.
Oh yes who the f@*k are wigan???? well to the chav`s singing that we are the team that beat you fair and square.

| IMO Wigan were lucky that Warrington did a Warrington and collapsed after Briers went off. Had they not done a Warrington but instead had managed to maintain their defensive integrity for the whole of the second half, no way would Wigan have won. They were all over you in the first half.

[quote="kimmo":19twb50c]your 6 7 and 9 this year will kill you off you will not make the play offs ,keep this post untill the end of the year and then we will come back to it and the best man wins ,deal or no deal .[/quote:19twb50c]: |

| Utterly superb game of rugby, either side could have won it. Some great individual efforts from Roberts and Sam's kick for Joel's try was genius. Bridge's pass for Riley's try was class too.
Both sides were good and I think we can get better still. We dropped a lot of ball early on and a few silly penalties. Some were questionable but I think the ref just about let the game go which was good in terms of a spectacle.
All the VR decisions were spot on.
Morley and Monaghan I thought were both outstanding. Two cracking players
For us I thought Roberts was our MOTM. Hansen was our best forward (that’s big coming from me as I have given him stick over the years.) Deacon was anonymous at 7 but changed the game when he moved to 9. Sam was anonymous for 79 minutes but made one game changing play which was simply genius.
After all that I have said about Tommy should be a 9, I am not convinced now. I think he can play at 9 but only for short spells. We looked dead on our feet and switching Deacon and Tommy round proved to be a master stroke and put some life back into us. Its good to see we have options to change things round when things are not going our way.

| superb performance and a great game for rugby league in general that !!!
when we got level i said to my mate i dont care about the result, im more concerned about the wigan performance
last season we would have folded big time and warrington could have run riot , but the mental approach is much improved from us
i can see us causing a few problems this year

| Not see the VR tries yet but for the comeback in the second half you deserved it *spits* you seemed better in attack then a thought you would be after your defence was talked up so much, a draw would of been perfect but nevermind you know its been a cracking game when fans of other clubs rave about it.

In my eyes it was Tommy going to 7 which changed the game, every time he took the ball he got us on the front foot and helped to get us quick ptb's and momentum.

That's ironic, a Wire's fan saying it was'nt a penalty, then saying the ref had a good game :

Ok lets open this up to the Wigan fans.
Any Wigan fan reading this take off your Wigan hat, Was Morleys' hit at the end worthy of being cited?
No one complained, ref, wigan players even Phil 'Wigan' Clarke. So my only conclusion is you're wrong.
